This training focuses on understanding organizational structures, job profiles, supervisory organizations, staffing models, and employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, staffing changes, and termination. Students learn how organizations manage workforce data and HR operations within the Workday environment.
The course also covers compensation management, reporting, and calculated fields, enabling learners to generate reports, analyze HR data, and build customized reports based on business requirements.
